I’m proud to hold a 5-star food hygiene rating, the highest level awarded by Test Valley Borough Council. This rating reflects my commitment to preparing and serving candy floss in a clean, safe, and professional way. It’s not just about compliance — it’s about ensuring every guest enjoys candy floss that’s as safe as it is delicious.
Every booking is backed by public liability insurance (currently £5 million cover). This protects you, your guests, and your venue in the unlikely event of an accident. Most venues require proof of insurance before confirming suppliers, and I provide a copy of my certificate to make the process smooth and stress-free.
All of my equipment is annually PAT-tested by a qualified electrician, with certificates available on request. I also perform a visual safety check before every hire to make sure everything is in perfect working order. This gives both you and your venue reassurance that all electrical equipment is safe, reliable, and compliant.
